KAPT Kleaning LLC respects your privacy and wants you to understand the choices available concerning your personal information.
This page explains how you may ask us not to sell or share your personal information or use it for targeted advertising where applicable privacy law provides those rights.
In this notice, “KAPT Kleaning,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to KAPT Kleaning LLC.
Our Current Practices
Based on our current business practices:
KAPT Kleaning does not knowingly sell personal information for money.
KAPT Kleaning does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
KAPT Kleaning does not knowingly process personal information for targeted advertising based on your activity across unaffiliated websites or services.
KAPT Kleaning does not knowingly use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.
We may disclose personal information to companies that help us operate our website or provide cleaning services. These providers may include website hosting, form, communication, scheduling, payment, analytics, accounting and security providers.
Such disclosures are made for legitimate business purposes and are subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
If our data practices change, we will update this page and provide any legally required opt-out method.
What “Sell” and “Share” May Mean
Privacy laws may define “sell” and “share” more broadly than those words are commonly understood.
A sale may include certain transfers of personal information in exchange for money or another benefit.
Sharing may include making personal information available to another business for advertising based on a consumer’s activity across different websites, applications or services.
A disclosure is not necessarily considered a sale or sharing when information is provided:
To a service provider working on our behalf
At your direction
To complete a requested transaction or service
For security or fraud-prevention purposes
To comply with applicable law
As part of a qualifying business transfer
In another circumstance excluded by applicable law

You do not need to create an account or purchase a cleaning service to submit a request.
Information to Include
To help us identify and process your request, please provide:
Your full name
The email address you used to contact KAPT Kleaning
The telephone number you used to contact KAPT Kleaning
Your city or service address, when relevant
The privacy choice you want to exercise
Your preferred method of receiving a response
Please do not send Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, copies of identification documents or other highly sensitive information through a general email.
We will contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control, commonly called GPC, is a browser or device signal that can communicate a request not to sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Where required by applicable law and when the signal can be detected, KAPT Kleaning will treat a recognised GPC signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.
A GPC signal may apply only to the browser or device from which it is sent. You may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.
Because KAPT Kleaning does not currently knowingly sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, receiving a GPC signal does not presently change those practices. We will continue to evaluate our website technologies and legal obligations.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
After receiving an opt-out request, KAPT Kleaning will:
Review the request.
Determine whether we can identify information associated with the requester.
Determine whether the requested right applies.
Apply the request to relevant information and systems when required.
Communicate the outcome using the contact information provided.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. When no specific legal response period applies, we will make a reasonable effort to respond promptly.
An opt-out request will apply prospectively. It may not require us to reverse disclosures that occurred before we received and processed the request.
Identity Verification
We generally will not require extensive identity verification for a request that only asks us to stop selling or sharing personal information.
We may, however, request information reasonably necessary to:
Locate the correct consumer record
Prevent fraudulent requests
Protect another person’s information
Confirm the authority of an authorised agent
We will not request more information than reasonably necessary to process and protect the request.
Authorised Agents
Where permitted by law, you may authorise another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
We may ask the authorised agent to provide reasonable evidence that you gave them permission to act for you. We may also contact you directly to confirm the request unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The request should identify both the consumer and the agent.
Requests That May Not Apply
KAPT Kleaning may explain that an opt-out request does not apply when:
We do not sell or share the relevant information
We cannot reasonably identify information connected with the requester
The information is exempt from the applicable law
The requested privacy law does not apply to KAPT Kleaning or the information
The request appears fraudulent
Another legal exception applies
When appropriate, we will explain the reason for the decision.
Appealing a Decision
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may ask us to reconsider a decision concerning your privacy request.

We will review the appeal and respond as required by applicable law.
No Discrimination
KAPT Kleaning will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercise an applicable privacy right.
Submitting a privacy request will not, by itself, affect your ability to:
Request a cleaning quote
Schedule an available service
Receive information about our services
Communicate with our team
This does not prevent us from offering different services, pricing or availability for legitimate business reasons unrelated to the exercise of a privacy right.
Other Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers the request, you may also have the right to ask us to:
Confirm whether we process your personal information
Provide access to certain personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Delete certain personal information
Provide a portable copy of certain information
Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information
Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent

Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice when our website technologies, business practices or legal obligations change.
When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
If KAPT Kleaning begins selling personal information, sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising or processing it for targeted advertising, we will update this notice and provide any additional choices required by law.
